Directions to Chaqteau Crow thru Clarkesville, GA

From Atlanta, take 85N to 985.

(985 changes to 365 north of Gainesville)

Once you are on 985, go approx. 50 miles to exit @ Hwy 197 (Clarkesville)… at bottom of ramp, turn L onto 197N.

Go approx. 3 miles into Clarkesville.

VERY IMPORTANT…as you are leaving Clarkesville, watch for sign to direct you to turn hard left to stay on 197N…do so!!

Go approx. 8-10 miles to 3 way stop at Batesville. Stay on 197N.

Go approx. 3-4 miles to Burton Dam Road…turn R  (landmark here is convenience store called E-Z Quik Stop).

Go approx. 2 miles to Crow Creek Road (dirt road)…turn R.

Go approx. 100 yards to first cabin on right….my gravel drive is in the corner of the yard behind rock water fountain/pond marked by post with green arrow marked #70….turn R.

Cross creek and drive straight up gravel drive approx. 100 yards to double wagon wheel gates at entrance.

You have arrived!!

Directions to Chaqteau Crow thru Demorest, GA

Take I85N to I985N  (becomes I365N).

Go approx. 45 miles to exit marked Historic 441N/105N/385N called “Clarkesville/Demorest/Cornelia”…go L at end of exit ramp

NOTE: there are fast food restaurants, Loew’s, Walmart at this exit but no grocery stores

Go approx. ½ mile, turn L onto Hwy 105N

Go approx. 10 miles (including straight thru a 4 way stop), turn L onto Hwy. 17N

NOTE: large fruit/vegetable stand on this stretch

Go approx. 3.5 miles, turn R onto Hwy. 255Alt. N (Landmark: restaurant for sale on corner)

Go approx. 3.5 miles, turn R onto Hwy. 255

Go approx. 2.5 miles, go L onto Hwy. 197N @ 3 way stop

Go approx. 4 miles, turn R onto Burton Dam Rd. (Landmark: E Z Quik Stop store)

Go approx. 2.5 miles, turn R onto Crow Creek Rd. (dirt road before bridge)

Go approx. 100 yards to first house on R. Our driveway turns off in front right corner of this property.

Follow green arrow signs with #70 straight up hill (cross thru creek).

Go thru double wheel gates…..welcome to Chaqteau Crow.
